In helping myself, I have learned how to help others with healthy living. The following information gives an overview of the available programs:
- There are adult and youth programs available. The adult program is Dr. Ray Strand's Healthy for Life program.
- The first study of Healthy for Life was done at the University of Utah.
- The most recent study was done at the University of Colorado Denver.
- Healthy for Life starts with USANA's RESET program, which takes five day and helps to cut carbohydrate cravings and helps detoxify the body.

The main benefit is a healthier body, the nice side benefit is regaining an optimal body weight, either losing or gaining the weight the body needs to be healthier.
Nutritional supplements must be of the highest quality. USANA Health Sciences' products are excellent. The products are Pharmaceutical Grade GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
